Shipping Policy:

We deliver our Products in UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery shall be in 1 – 2 working days. Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Cancellation Timeframe:

You have up to 24 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel it. We totally get that sometimes things come up, and we want to be as flexible as possible.

Dispatch Deets:

Keep in mind that many of our Dubai orders are on the fast track and get dispatched on the same day. Once the item is packed and on its way to your address, we're unable to cancel the order. It's like a turbo boost for your pet's goodies!

Store Credit:

For all canceled orders within the 24-hour window, we'll issue store credit. This credit can be used on your next pet shopping spree with us. We believe every canceled order deserves a silver lining! Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
