Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at The Ruff Club. We hope you and your furry friends are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We get it, sometimes things just aren't the right fit. No worries! You have 3 days from the day your goodies arrive to decide if they're pawfect for your fur baby. To be eligible for a return, just keep things unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

What's Not Returnable 

Just a heads up, a few things are so deliciously special they can't be returned, including:

• Yummy food
• Tasty treats
• Health-boosting supplements

Size Dilemma? No Problem!

If your purchase turns out to be a size too big or too small, we'll happily switch it out for the right fit if available in stock. We want your fur baby to strut their stuff in style!

Easy-Peasy Return Steps:

• Let us know you're returning something by reaching out to our awesome customer service team at [info@theruffclub.ae] or reach us via WhatsApp / Instagram . Just share your order number and why you're returning the item, so we can arrange the pick-up.
• Securely pack up your item in its original packaging, with all the cool accessories and paperwork it came with.
• There’s a small 25 AED fee for the return pickup, but don't worry, we'll handle all the logistics.
• When we get the goods back, our team will do a quick Quality Check (QC) to make sure everything is in tip-top shape.
• If all is well, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Just give it a bit of time to show up, as the banks do their thing. We can also, issue a store credit, which you can use for your next purchase.
